I offer 3-month and 6-month personalized programs designed to help you improve your health in a way that's sustainable and enjoyable.

How I can help you


During our time together, I will help you with these different areas of your health:


Nutrition

  • Personalized macro-nutrients and daily calories recommendations based on your health goals (don't worry, I won't ask you to count calories! It'll be intuitive and flexible.)
  • Recommendations on foods to eat more of and foods to eat less of depending on your goals (weight-loss, improved digestion, managing PCOS symptoms, improving fertility, etc.)
  • Suggestions on how to build a daily and weekly menu based on your macro-nutrients and daily calories recommendations
  • Advice on how to meal plan and prep to make eating healthy possible on a busy schedule
  • Advice on how to order balanced meals at restaurants, take-outs or while on vacation... and still enjoy yourself!

My 3-month program: Reset

This is for you if you want to:

  • Improve your overall health and how you feel
  • Learn the foundational skills to improving your diet and fueling your body
  • Efficiently meal prep and plan your weekly meals on a busy schedule
  • Improve your energy levels
  • Better manage cravings, but still enjoy the occasional sweets without guilt
  • Improve mild-moderate digestive discomforts (ex. bloating, constipation)
  • Decrease PMS and period cramps (if you struggle with severe period pains, my 6-month program might be more suited for you)
  • Begin a fitness routine at home
  • Lose 15 pounds or less, or weight loss is a goal of yours but it's not your main priority (you're more focused on feeling better in your body)


What's included:

  • 4 x 60 minutes online Zoom video calls spread out over 3 months
  • Access to learning modules
  • Message support between sessions (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST with a 48h-response time)
  • In-between session accountability and follow-up form
  • Weekly evaluation of food journal to let you know if you're on the right track
  • Recipes


Investment:

  • 660$ CAD by payment plan: 330$ deposit and 1 payment of 330$ in 1 month
  • 600$ CAD if paid in full


Insurance coverage:

If your private insurance company covers services from a naturopath, I will provide you with an insurance receipt. I am a member of the Association des Naturopathes Professionnels du Québec.


If not, you can claim it as a medical expense on your tax return.

My 6-month program: Nourish

This is for you if you have one of the following goals:


1) You want to improve a condition caused by hormonal imbalances such as:

  • PCOS
  • Painful periods
  • Irregular periods
  • Fertility challenges
  • Prediabetes
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol

    In addition to learning the practical skills from my 3-month program, we'll also target specific strategies to rebalance your hormones.

    As your body can take time to rebalance itself, I only help with the conditions above inside of my 6-month program.

2) You want to lose more than 15 pounds safely and keep it off:

  • From my experience of working with women with bigger weight loss goals, it has been beneficial to my clients to commit to a longer program.

  • This gives us the time to address potential plateaus, decrease in motivation (which is normal!), relationship with food, stress eating, body image, tendency to return to old habits and self-sabotage patterns.

  • Text and voice message support between sessions (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST with a 48h-response time)

  • 975$ CAD by payment plan: 375$ deposit and 2 monthly payments of 300$

Hi there! If we haven't met, I'm Julie Doan, a pharmacist and health Coach.

 

I help women women embrace an intuitive way of eating to nourish themselves and let go of the restrictive diets. I teach them how to regain their health naturally, reduce their need for medication, heal their relationships with food, and take care of their bodies in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable.
