Terms and Conditions for the Replenish Rx Program

1. Introduction Welcome to the Replenish Rx online program ("the Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the Program. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 
2. Eligibility To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. 
3. Program Content and Access The Program includes videos, worksheets, and live group sessions. Access to the Program content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Program materials without prior written permission.
4. Payment and Fees Payment for the Program must be made in full at the time of enrollment. The price of the Program is listed on the Replenish Rx website and is subject to change without notice. 
5. Payment Plan Policy If you choose to enroll using a payment plan option, the following terms apply:

• The total cost of the Program is divided into six installments, as outlined during the enrollment process.
• Installments must be paid on the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to the Program until all outstanding payments are received.
• All payments made through the payment plan are non-refundable. You remain responsible for completing all payments even if you do not complete or participate in the Program.
• By selecting the payment plan, you agree to these terms and authorize Julie Doan Health to process the scheduled payments.

6. No Refund Policy By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Program or inability to complete the Program.
• Please review all program details carefully before making your purchase. 

7. Intellectual Property All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and written content, are the intellectual property of Julie Doan Health and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 
8. Code of Conduct You agree to participate in the Program respectfully and professionally. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other participants or the Program facilitator may result in removal from the Program without a refund. 
9. Disclaimers The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Program is at your own risk. 
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julie Doan Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. 
11. Modifications to the Program Julie Doan Health reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the Program at its discretion. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified promptly. 
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec, Canada. 
13. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
