I offer personalized programs designed to help you improve your health in a way that's sustainable and enjoyable.
Who do I help
I help women who desire a structured but flexible way of regaining their health naturally so that they can mentally and physically feel their best, reduce their risk of illness and the need for medication*, and have the energy to enjoy their life with their loved ones.
I support those with one of the following goals or health condition:
- Painful periods or irregular menstrual cycle
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
- High blood pressure or high cholesterol
- Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes
- A family history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes or Type 2 Diabetes

My 3-month program: Reset

This is for you if you want to:
- Improve your overall health and how you feel
- Learn the foundational skills to improving your diet, fueling your body and preventing chronic illness
- Efficiently meal prep and plan your weekly meals on a busy schedule
- Improve your energy levels
- Better manage cravings, but still enjoy the occasional sweets without guilt
- Improve mild-moderate digestive discomforts (ex. bloating, constipation)
- Decrease PMS, period cramps and other discomforts related to your menstrual cycle (ex. heavy bleeds, migraines during your periods, etc.)
- Get into the habit of moving more often
- Lose some weight, but it's not your main priority (you're more focused on feeling better in your body)
What's included:
- 2 x 60-minutes calls via Zoom during the first month to set the foundations
- 4 x 30 minutes calls via Zoom over the next 2 months to follow up (one call every 2 weeks)
- Text and voice message support between sessions (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST with a 48h-response time)
- In-between session accountability and follow-up form
- Weekly evaluation of food journal to let you know if you're on the right track
- Recipes
Investment:
- 900$ CAD by payment plan: 300$ CAD deposit and 2 monthly payment of 300$ CAD
- 810$ CAD if paid in full (save 10%)
Insurance coverage:
If your private insurance company covers services from a naturopath, I will provide you with an insurance receipt after each session. I am a member of the Association des Naturopathes Professionnels du Québec.
If not, you can claim it (or the remainder that isn't covered by your insurances) as a medical expense on your tax return. Check with your accountant for more details.

My 6-month program: Metabolic and Hormonal Health Clinic

This is for you if you have one of the following conditions (or at high risk):
- PCOS
- Prediabetes
- Type 2 Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
In addition to learning the practical skills from my 3-month program, we'll also target specific strategies for your conditions.
- PCOS: we will create a plan to address the main contributors to PCOS to help relieve symptoms, support hormone balance and the return of a regular menstrual cycle. My recommendations will be a mix of lifestyle habit changes, nutritional guidance, and suggestions of herbs and supplements that can support you.
- Metabolic Syndrome (prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol): we will create a plan to address the main contributors to the metabolic syndrome (i.e. insulin resistance and inflammation) to support a healthy blood pressure, as well as optimal blood sugar and cholesterol levels. My recommendations will be a mix of lifestyle habit changes, nutritional guidance, and suggestions of herbs and supplements that can support you.
If you have a weight loss goal, we can also personalize your plan for this.
As we want to give your body the time and space to rebalance itself, I only help with the conditions above inside of my 6-month program.

- 4 x 60-minute calls via Zoom over 2 months to set the foundations (one call every 2 weeks)
- 6 x 30 minutes calls via Zoom over 4 months to follow-up (one call every 3 weeks approximatively)
- Access to learning modules
- Text and voice message support between sessions (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST with a 48h-response time)
- In-between session accountability and follow-up form
- Weekly evaluation of food journal to let you know if you're on the right track

- Personalized macro-nutrients and daily calories recommendations based on your health goals (don't worry, I won't ask you to count calories! It'll be intuitive and flexible.)
- Recommendations on foods to eat more of and foods to eat less of depending on your goals (weight-loss, supporting digestion, PCOS symptoms, fertility, etc.)
- Suggestions on how to build a daily and weekly menu based on your macro-nutrients and daily calories recommendations
- Advice on how to meal plan and prep to make eating healthy possible on a busy schedule
